Timberline partnered with serviced office operator x+why on the interior design and site management of their Bloomsbury workspace. The project required a design that reflected x+why's commitment to thoughtful, community-driven workspaces while navigating the practical demands of a live commercial fit-out.

Our role extended beyond the initial design. Timberline managed day-two alterations and ongoing refinements to the Bloomsbury site, as well as supporting x+why's growth with design work for new-site pitches to prospective landlords — translating their brand and spatial philosophy into compelling proposals.
